There are doctors who would recommend surgery to stop snoring & there many options & here is a list of them: Septoplasty, Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, palate surgery, Maxillomandobular advancement & Laser surgery. Out of the five, laser surgery is the most recent procedure. It is quick but requires several sessions to finish. This procedure utilizes laser to shape and form the palate or any other parts to get rid of breathing obstructions. In general, surgery will take away some parts of your anatomy & there is no 100% guarantee that surgery can really cure snoring for good. But, they can be very expensive & very risky and surgery may be a best option but it’s not really necessary.
