Teeth whitening is any process that will help make teeth appear whiter and brighter. Whitening teeth can come in numerous and various approaches. A certain teeth whitening product can bleach the tooth, in which it makes changes on the natural color of the tooth. Other teeth bleaching products uses peroxide as an ingredient to help remove deep and surface stains. On the other hand, , non-bleaching whitening products does contain ingredients to remove surface stains only and it works by using physical or chemical action. It is advised by the American Dental Association to consult dentists first to be able to determine the most appropriate treatment for teeth.
